Small House Plan, A Small Party Maximize

The House of architecture Oh ah oh-ing and amateur-Ing. Designed by Japanese company Atelier Tekuto, this modern house plan, small is a small urban lot of irregular shape, which issued its unusual shape and vertical dimensions. The main objective of this house for six was the incorporation of a parking space - which has proved more difficult than it sounds, thanks to the lot size. To make room for a car, the architect placed at the main entrance below ground. Upon entering, a staircase leads to areas of the main house living. The smart interior features open concept furniture suspension leaving the floor space limited. Parts like the dinner table suspended and several fixtures are not only functional, but have a contemporary design that works wonders on modern and minimalist interior.
