Sitting on a tiny lot, this 3-level show home portrays an utterly modern facade, a delightful mix of alternating brick, steel, timber and concrete. Brown-grey pops against lime-yellow and bold red window framing, generating this remodeled structure instantly eye-catching.

With the entrance on the ground floor, the open living space resides a single flight up on the main level. The kitchen sits on the 1st landing, which attributes a white cooktop island with a textured linear wave pattern–such an unexpected yet beautiful style accent. Following this streamlined method, dark-wood upper cabinetry is kept at a restricted width to create the really feel of higher ceilings.

A “barista wall” as I’m affectionately referring to it, attributes a constructed-in glass and stainless gourmet coffee machine, black chalkboard and service nook featuring artwork from a nearby artist whose paintings are delightfully scattered throughout the residence.

The living area-dining room is a singular elongated space, kept rather neutral in white and grey, with striking colorful decor in a wheel of red, blue, yellow and green. And speaking of “green,” the focal centerpiece in this light-filled zone is undoubtedly the living wall. Blooming with lush layers of edible (yes!) greenery, this eco-friendly, organic contribution is beautiful!

In basic, I have a tendency to gravitate towards staircases and this ultra-modern a single is no exception. The slabs of glass floating on a centered steel beam are so decadently thick that the organic aqua-green hue radiates from every one. Incredible!

Upstairs, the office-loft space is enticing with its 3D wall of a tone-and-tone, geometric pattern which replicates stacked bud vases. Down the hall, the master bedroom is a serene space with shades of charcoal and cream. An original painting featuring streaks of turquoise adding subdued colour. The ensuite bathroom is a sophisticated space of white and glass accents, with rich brown tiles delineated with steel inlays. Upon the rooftop sits a wood-deck terrace providing breathtaking views of downtown Denver’s cityscape.
